Following are the steps to create email without phone number by using Protonmail:
First, open your browser and visit the ProtonMail login page.
When you go to the page, you must select the free program by clicking on the "Free" tab.
Click the “Select Free Program” button.
Now make your unique username (email address) and password for that email.
As an option, you can also add the recovery email.
Click the "Create Account" button to get started with Protonmail.
